You’ll pass by the cathedral where Napoleon was baptized and visit multiple squares with statues dedicated to the man himself. You’ll have an hour to explore the Fesch Museum independently and visit the floors highlighting Napoleon. Then, you’ll finish the tour with an immersive cultural experience where you’ll be served traditional Spuntinu (small Corsican plates) as you watch a film about Napoleon’s life.

Get to know the notorious Napoleon Bonaparte on a half-day tour---with plenty of stunning views of Corsica along the way. Spot multiple statues of the man himself on your drive through Ajaccio before reaching the scenic Route des Sanguinaires highway. There, you'll get a chance to stop and take in panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and its famous Iles Sanguinaires. Then, you'll see Place Foch, the house where Napoleon was born, and the cathedral where he was baptized in 1771.

Set out to sea on a speedboat for a scenic and thrilling ride. From the port, you'll be driven over to the Eternal City. Here there will be photo stops at The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, plus free time to explore independently. Your group will then visit one of the world’s holiest places: Vatican City. Inside St. Peter’s Basilica, your group will see the iconic the Sistine Chapel — Michelangelo’s heavenly ceiling fresco. Once you exit, marvel at the grand exterior and piazza before your return to the ship.

A guide will take you on a route from the Trevi Fountain, to visit the outside of The Colosseum, and over to the Roman Forum for a guided tour of its interior. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, followed by a drive to Vatican City. Your group will then walk over to St. Peter’s Basilica where you’ll have free time, before your return ride back to the ship.

On a drive into the countryside, you’ll tour the nearly abandoned Civita di Bagnoregio. This isolated village features narrow streets and ancient buildings made from stone — but most of the city no longer exists. You’ll then taste local wines in a nearby vineyard along with a traditional lunch. Before your trip back, visit Parco dei Mostri in Bomarzo where you’ll enter through a screaming mouth sculpture (the mouth of hell) and witness multiple macabre creatures throughout your walk.

After a drive into Rome’s city center, step into history on a tour of the city’s iconic Colosseum. Inside the arena, see where gladiators and wild animals fought to the death during Rome’s glory days. A guide will walk you over to Palatine Hill and through the Roman Forum, two of the city’s oldest relics that have survived millennia, then to the Trevi Fountain. Here your guide will give you details on where to meet later on, so you can continue your day discovering the Eternal City on your own.

Upon arrival, a local guide will give you a tour of St. Peter’s Square, a map, and instructions on where to meet before your return. Now, the whole day is yours to explore at your leisure. Afterwards, you’ll board a trolley that will take you into the town’s medieval city center where you’ll get a tour of the 14th-century Town Hall square, before enjoying free time to explore this incredible city on your own.

Spend the day immersing yourself in culinary history with a journey through Alta Tuscia Viterbese, an area devoted to Italy's rich olive oil tradition. Get lost in the ancient landscape as you visit the village of Tuscania, known for its beautiful churches and medieval city center. Then, visit an oil mill where you'll learn how olives are harvested and how oil production works.

Step into history on a visit to the Medieval city of Capalbio. Dating back to the Bronze Age, many buildings remain intact since the 1400s (or earlier) including Porta Senese, the Walkway of Ronda, and the Pieve di San Nicola. You’ll take a short walking tour, then have free time to explore independently. Afterward, enjoy the views of the countryside while riding over to a local vineyard to sample different blends in one the country’s most acclaimed wine regions, before returning to the ship.

The chef will lead the group in an immersive cooking lesson, making fresh Italian pasta and a traditional dessert.

You’ll see the Circus Maximus, Caracalla Baths, Villa Borghese (a beautifully landscaped public garden), and get a quick photo stop outside The Colosseum.
